This is a handmade business and every thing is made to order and usually customized. Therefore, returns and/or refunds are generally not permitted.
You ARE eligible for a replacement and possible return if there is any error on our behalf or deviation from what you ordered. If the item(s) is damaged in transit, we will do our best to replace the item.
If you need a replacement, please e-mail us within 3 business days of delivery of the item. email@example.com. We will process the return/replacement within 7 business days.
If refunds are needed, which is rare but possible! we will refund the original method of payment used when purchasing.
